Pearl Jam
Pearl Jam, or Patty as she is known around the barn, was born on March 16, 2008 at 5:15 am. She is out of our mare, Pennant's Valentine, and by our homebred colt, Emerald Impressions. From her dam she has the excellent dressage lines of Pennant and Graditz as well as the jumper lines of Medaille d'Or and Secretariat. From her sire, she has the tried and true Trakehner blood of Anduc, Marduc, Mackensen, and Patron. Also from her sire comes the more unusual Trakehner lines of Bagatel and Burma (Burnus) as well as the Thoroughbred lines of Diplomat Way, Nashua, and Jet Baby.

We expect this filly to shine in the hunter/jumper ring. She is proving herself to be very thoughtful and brave with 3 good gaits. Patty will be registered with the American Trakehner Association and we plan to petition the board for approval to present her to the PSB book when she turns 3 years old.
